Eating Lots of Fruits and Vegetables Lowers Respiratory Infections in Pregnant Women

A new study of pregnant women from Boston University School of Medicine researchers finds that consumption of at least seven servings per day of fruits and vegetables reduced the risk of developing an upper respiratory tract infection (URTI).
