Ok, so Anxiety is something most of us would not necessarily admit to, good thing we are not on Facebook and can have a bit of anonymity. For some reason I will go through a period of time where I get stressed and start to worry, it becomes all consuming. I find exercise, yoga, meditation and breathing are a HUGE help, and usually take care of the problem, however stress and anxiety most likely come on when you feel way to overwhelmed to even CONSIDER having time for exercise, much less meditation. I had to pretty much force myself to do 2-3 minutes of breathing every morning, then that grew and I then got back into stretching, and yoga before starting my day. It really helped!
Since I have been introduced to NM products, like the Clarocet ERT and CS, they really work well, but you do not always need to take, just when you need a bit of help to get through. Its all natural and non-habit forming.
Also try St Johns Wart, I keep a bottle in my vitamin cupboard.
