I have a friend who swears by Noni, taking it every time their is a health concern. I can see on the nutrition label that their are a ton of vitamins and antioxidants. Is that what makes this a “miracle fruit” or are there other beneficial properties?

Especially in regards to treating cancer naturally or dealing with chemo therapy.
