I have a question about Chron’s disease?

I am looking for help in curing my Crohn’s. I do not believe it is incurable.,,I am taking Pentasa, which has undocumented side effects–which really are very detrimental to my career and quality of life. Do you have any suggestions?

Crohn's is an auto-immune inflammatory condition of the bowel. As with any auto immune disorder, it responds well to diet and nutrition. I would suggest having IgG/IgE testing done for wheat, gluten and all of the chemical components of dairy (as these are the most common allergic foods in our diet) along with soy and corn. Removing sugar from the diet will immediately improve the inflammatory symptoms. With the appropriate diet changes and the right supplements you can live with Crohn's. Stress and exercise also influence this condition making it helpful to have a practitioner who specializes in this disorder help you put together a program.
