The remedies you are using are indeed indicated in the Materia Medica in cases of dental carries. I have not seen them used successfully to prevent cavities in children. I believe it is more important to avoid processed foods and sugar while practicing good dental hygiene with children on a daily basis than to dose with a remedy that frequently even at such a low dose.  In health..Dr. L
