* Hypnoanalysis: Based on the Psychoanalytic theory developed by Freud and then Jung, we address the unconscious mind and underlying issues by examining the root causes of problems.
* Behavior Modification: Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP) has its roots in Behavioral Psychology and is used here in combination with hypnosis to alter habits and limiting patterns. You will also learn to give direct suggestion to reinforce the new behavior.
* Self Actualization: Humanistic Psychology, developed primarily by Abraham Maslow, acknowledges that our ultimate striving is for self-actualization, or a healthy integration of body, mind and emotions. This program will cover how to help clients access and utilize their own inner resources for change.
* Spirituality: Abraham Maslow also developed Transpersonal Psychology, which states that we strive toward the realization of our spiritual potential. In this program you will learn how to access soul-level learning through Past Life Regression and Higher Self Therapies.

For example, in this course, you will learn to work with issues (such as weight) from all four of these approaches:
