    Has anyone heard of “Pink Magic”? Supposedly a Natural Herbal supplement for strength and endurance training. Hit me up if you have any info or are curious, I will post more info about it if so.

        Hi Joe, This looks like a great list of supplements for building muscle and BMI especially if the supplements are a part of a healthy diet of complex carbohydrates, proteins, fruits and vegetables.           Thanks for the reply!
          Regarding detox, about every 3 months I cycle through a short detox diet and process, it seems to help. Basically I eat and drink less, and focus on high quality vegetables and fruits. I also make a drink where I blend raw ginger, 1 whole lemon, raw garlic and honey, and that’s how are start my day.

          @drl thanks so much! I detox regularly, but should probably use another detox soon. Usually I cut back on everything and drink more fluids. Apple cider vinegar, and lemon/garlic/ginger/honey drink on daily basis.
