      Hi NM,
Effective tips to deal with insomnia and like to add create a sleep schedule and avoid taking naps in day timing or over sleeping. Be modest about food and drinks and eat only a light snack before bedtime, if hungry. Try to relax before going to bed and create a restful sleeping environment.
