The Chattanooga Natural Medicine Center opened its doors in January, 2008 as part of a premier, state-of-the-art natural healthcare system.  The Center is located just off Highway 153, in the Corporate Image Plaza on Shallowford Road in Chattanooga, TN.   Relocating from Cleveland, TN, Dr Jeff Hall along with the other clinicians within the Center, assists patients, in a holistic manner, with any health challenge.
